QUALITY & CARE

Extensive care is taken to ensure each and every MISS KIKI of Cherry Blossom Lane® product is of the highest quality. All MISS KIKI of Cherry Blossom Lane® products are quadruple stitched to prevent tearing however, should your MISS KIKI be a little too frivolous dallying with her tea parties, she is welcome to be returned for some hand mending. The most effective way to clean your MISS KIKI should she have a little too much tea cake, is to spot clean her with baby wipes.

SAFETY

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL MISS KIKI PRODUCTS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS OF AGE. ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED. Please ensure children are always supervised when handling dolls. Extensive measures are taken to ensure each doll is safe for children. MISS KIKI of Cherry Blossom Lane® will not be held liable for accidents involving our products and therefore are required to mention that they are not suitable for children under 3 years of age without supervision due to the presence of small parts on some of our dolls.

PURCHASES & PAYMENTS

All purchases direct from this site and payments are final. Payment through checkout is secured via Paypal with option to pay via Paypal account, credit card or bank debit. MISS KIKI of Cherry Blossom Lane® holds no responsibility for actions made to and from third party websites, Paypal inclusive.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Due to the custom nature of our product, refunds are not given for change of mind or incorrect purchase. Any claim to a defect in the quality or condition of a product should be notified in writing to MISS KIKI of Cherry Blossom Lane® within seven (7) working days from the traceable date of delivery.

POSTAGE & DELIVERY

All purchases direct by consumers will be sent as soon as possible once payment has been received, usually within 2-3 working days for collection dolls or within 2 to 4 weeks for custom dolls. If there are any issues with your order being shipped you will be contacted to discuss your order via email. All MISS KIKI of Cherry Blossom Lane® handmade products are sent via Registered Post within Australia to ensure you receive the goods for which you have paid. International orders will be sent Standard International Post with tracking and MISS KIKI of Cherry Blossom Lane® will not be held liable for items damaged in transit or that fail to arrive. Insurance or International Registered Post may be purchased by the customer if required.
